Creative suncatcher workshop for private groups in South Holland

Making something together gives a conversation a different start. And a personal keepsake to take home.

A table full of crystals, colourful beads and glittering charms. A moment to catch up, try something new and get creative together.

During a creative group workshop with Glistening Studio, each of you makes your own suncatcher: a little catcher of light that sends tiny rainbows dancing through the room whenever direct sunlight hits the crystals.

A lovely afternoon or evening to share, and a personal keepsake of your time together.

For a girls' day out, a birthday or just spending time together

That birthday you want to celebrate in a special way, the get-together that's been sitting in the group chat for ages, a hen party, a sisters' day, a reunion or an outing with your book club or society: a suncatcher workshop just fits.

Maybe you've known each other for years, maybe different circles are meeting for the first time. As you pick out materials and create your designs, there's plenty on the table to talk about straight away.

Making with your hands, your own way

I'm Kiki, the maker behind Glistening Studio: a nature lover, endlessly curious, and happiest working with my hands amid colour and sparkle. I'll guide you step by step through your own light-catcher of crystals, beads and metal charms.

You choose, combine and assemble the pieces yourself. There are examples ready to help you along, but your own ideas are just as welcome. No experience needed: you work at your own pace and I'm there to help.

A keepsake that keeps sparkling at home

Afterwards you take your suncatcher home. Hang it in a window where the sun comes in: as soon as the light hits the crystals, dancing rainbows appear on the wall and across the floor.

That way your shared moment gets a lasting place in your home, a keepsake that carries you straight back to that afternoon or evening together.

At your place, or in a lovely studio

Everyone makes their own crystal suncatcher from crystals, beads and a metal charm, and takes it home afterwards. And then you enjoy it long after: as soon as the sun hits the crystals, tiny rainbows dance through your home.

How long does the suncatcher workshop take?

About 2 to 2.5 hours. This can be shorter or longer, by arrangement.

Do we need any creative experience?

No. Examples are ready and waiting, and I guide you through the making: follow an example or put together your own design.

Where can we take the workshop?

At your location or in a characterful studio, around The Hague. Would you rather meet in another city? Then we'll find a characterful studio there together. All materials are included.

What does a group workshop cost?

We put together a tailored booking. Include the expected number of participants and your preferred place, and we'll discuss the price, any location and travel costs, and the options for snacks and drinks.

How many people can take part?

Let me know how many participants you expect when you get in touch, and I'll tell you what's possible for your group and location.
